Abstract. It was raced the influence of acidity rate (pH=4 and pH=6) on the quantity and chemical composition of essential oil of Rosa damascena Mill. It was established that the yield is ranging 80 ÷ 110 % compared with control and the amount of the main terpene alcohols (citronelol, geraniol and nerol) increased on average by 16 %.
